The manual's english translation isn't great, but it does the job. Just read through it a few times. The numbers on the dial don't really matter, and the number of clicks make a good starting point.
- turn fully clockwise until it stops moving. This is position 0 but won't necessarily like up with the 0 on the dial.
- turn counterclockwise/anticlockwise and count the clicks.
Use the chart to start, and experiment. Holds a little over two tablespoons of beans, which works for me. The grind consistency is pretty good overall. I'll keep experimenting and find a good grind, but overall i'm happy with this.
Grinds very well! I set to setting 10 for espresso and the grind was consistent and fine. Grinder itself is great quality - sturdy and lightweight. The grinding experience was great as well - very little effort required.
Tried it out a both high and low grinding adjustment.. you can see and feel the size of the grounds from flour to nice crush
Value-free. Best grinder.
It's 5 angles, but 6 angles and 7 angles don't seem to break it better.
